Dr. P is a board certified Family Practice physician who specializes in the care of athletes of all ages and abilities. As a primary care physician, Dr. P is used to treating the whole person. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa before going to Mobile, AL to attend The University of South Alabama College of Medicine. During his time there, Dr. P spent a great deal of time training in orthopedics and sports medicine. After graduating medical school he completed a general surgery internship at South Alabama's Level I Trauma Center and Regional Burn Center. He then stayed in Mobile to complete his family medicine residency before returning to Huntsville, AL where he currently resides. Dr. P specializes in hormone replacement, weight loss, and sports medicine.
